What is the Opt In Process?

Users opt-in for appointment requests forwarded to their phone by Tune-up when using they switch to using the Tune-Up generated site as their new business website. Example appointment requests below:

Service Type: Oil Change

What is the Opt-Out Process?

Users can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message. This unsubscribes them from future messages, and their preference is updated in our database immediately. We log the opt-out action for compliance.
